How this clinic works

There is one dentist here. Whoever you see at your first appointment is who you will see at the next one, which matters more than it sounds — continuity is how someone notices that a small crack has grown since last year.

We treat mostly routine dentistry: check-ups, cleaning, fillings, extractions, root canals and dentures, with orthodontics and implants for patients who want them. We are not a cosmetic practice. Where a case needs a specialist — complex orthodontics, a difficult wisdom tooth close to the nerve — we refer rather than attempt it, and we will tell you why.

What we publish, and why

Our full fee list is on this website. Every service page states what the treatment involves, how long it takes, whether it is likely to hurt and what it costs. Each one carries the date it was last reviewed and the name of the dentist who reviewed it.

This is partly regulatory. The Malaysian Dental Council Guidelines and Provisions for Public Information sets out what a dental practice may publish, requires that information be factual and substantiable, and lists the date of last update as website content. It is also simply how we would want to be treated by a clinic.

What you will not find on this website

• Claims that we are the best, cheapest or most trusted clinic in the area. Superlatives are prohibited under MDC §2.2 and we could not substantiate them anyway.
• Comparisons with other clinics. Also prohibited, under §2.4.
• Promotions, packages or limited-time offers on treatment.
• Guarantees of a clinical outcome. Nobody can honestly give one.
• Patient photographs or reviews published without consent.

The clinic

Ground-floor shoplot, step-free from the pavement. One surgery, a small waiting area with six seats, and free parking in front after 6pm. We are open seven days, until 9pm on weekdays, because most people cannot take time off work for a filling.
