Dental fees at Perdana Dental
Our standard charges for every treatment we provide. Published because you should be able to work out what a visit will cost before you come, not after.
How to read these figures. These are the clinic's standard charges and they are indicative. Your final fee is confirmed after an examination, because treatment complexity varies between patients — a small filling and a large one are not the same piece of work.
Fees comply with the Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Regulations 2006. We do not offer treatment packages, discounts or promotional pricing. Under the Malaysian Dental Council Code of Professional Conduct, enticing patients with offers on clinical treatment is not permitted — and a decision about your health should not be an impulse purchase.
Fees verified 2 August 2026.

Why we publish this
Two reasons. The first is practical: cost is the question patients most want answered and least like asking, and a clinic that will not answer it before you are in the chair has already told you something.
The second is that we are allowed to. The Malaysian Dental Council Guidelines and Provisions for Public Information §2.6 states that a practitioner must have a list of clinical procedural fees available within the clinic premises, and that these fees may be displayed on the clinic's official webpage. So this page is not a marketing decision. It is the regulator's own position.
What is not permitted is turning that list into an offer. The Code of Professional Conduct 1.8(c) forbids enticing patients with packages, discounts or special promotions, and forbids discounts for paying quickly. That is why you will not find a promotion anywhere on this website, and why you should be cautious of a dental clinic that runs them.
What affects the final figure
- How much work the tooth needs. A single-surface filling and a large three-surface one are different pieces of work.
- Which tooth it is. A front tooth has one root canal; a molar can have four.
- Materials. A metal-ceramic crown and a full zirconia crown are priced differently.
- Whether an x-ray is needed. We take one only where it changes what we do.
Paying
Cash, debit and credit card, DuitNow QR and Touch 'n Go. We are a panel clinic for several insurers and corporate schemes — bring your card or authorisation letter.
Longer treatments such as orthodontics are paid across the treatment period rather than upfront. That is a payment schedule, not a discount.
