Treatment plan and fees
Written plan, total fee and payment terms agreed before anything is fitted.
Fitting
Brackets bonded, or the first set of aligners issued.
Adjustments
Every four to eight weeks. Missing these extends treatment.
Retainers
Teeth drift back without retention. Retainers are part of the treatment, not an optional extra.
Before any treatment

Aftercare
- Expect three to five days of tenderness after fitting and after each adjustment.
- Avoid hard and sticky food with fixed braces — a broken bracket means an extra visit.
- Cleaning matters more than usual. Decay around brackets leaves permanent white marks on the enamel.
- Aligners only work while they are in your mouth — 20 to 22 hours a day, every day.
- Wear your retainer as instructed, indefinitely and at reducing frequency. This is the part most people skip and later regret.

Can I pay in instalments?

How long will it take?
